For decades this ‘moving’ neon sign amazed and delighted Poplar Bluffians at its former home on South Main Street. Its new home is on North Westwood Boulevard where it still amazes and delights. This image shows what the eye does not see: the four positions of the fishing rod and the four positions of the fish.
